About the Chapter Database

General Info

Thanks to Sam Moore we have an online database program for tracking active members, alumni, and friends of the chapter.

If you already have an account, you can access the database with the link in the navigation panel to the left. If you don't have an account, you can sign up for one online and your password will be emailed to you.

Address Corrections

Do we have your correct address? Do you know of an alumnus that moved recently or changed address? Do you know of an alumnus that's not receiving alumni mailings such as the newsletter? We need your help to make sure our alumni address information is up to date. Please take the time to visit our new online membership database at http://www.gtpkt.org/pktdb/ and make sure the information in your record is correct.

While in the database program, to update your information, select "Add" (not "Modify") and fill in your name and any information which needs to be changed. The alumni corporation secretary will update the info in a few days.

The "current" information is what we will use for alumni mailings; we only use the "Parents" information to try to find you if mail sent to your "current" address is returned undeliverable. If you would rather provide a cellphone instead of either a work or current phone, please note after the number "(cell)".

Alternatively, you can simply fill in the form below and submit it to us online. We'll take care of updating the database.
